Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered by PaintingCalm. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

This applies to orders fulfilled from both:

  • Our USA warehouse

  • Our International warehouse

Custom made or personalized items may require additional production time before dispatch.

During peak seasons, including November and December, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

2. Warehouse Fulfillment

We operate two fulfillment centers:

  • USA Warehouse

  • International Warehouse

Orders are assigned to a warehouse based on product type, customization requirements, inventory availability, destination, and operational logistics.

Warehouse selection is determined internally and cannot be requested or guaranteed.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Free Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days.

All delivery timeframes are carrier provided averages and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasonal congestion, local postal service performance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

PaintingCalm does not guarantee specific delivery dates unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, order size, or fulfillment logistics.

If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us immediately at support@paintingcalm.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer, failed delivery attempts due to incomplete information, or orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts may incur a restocking and return fee or be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items or shipping methods may not be available for all addresses.

Some remote, non-contiguous, military, P.O. Box, or special delivery addresses may require additional handling time or may not be eligible for certain shipping methods.

If an address is deemed undeliverable, we may request an alternative address before dispatch.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Tracking information may take a few business days to update after the package has been dispatched.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us at support@paintingcalm.com so we can review the shipment status with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

We provide complimentary shipping protection for packages that are lost in transit or damaged during transit.

In such cases, we may offer either a replacement shipment or a refund.

The following situations are not considered lost in transit:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

  • Delays caused by customs or carrier congestion

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

9.1 Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and remains in its original packaging.

For eligible returns, PaintingCalm provides free return shipping.

Custom made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9.2 Carrier Related Returns

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we may issue a refund minus return shipping and restocking fees, or reship the order at the customer’s expense.

Free return shipping does not apply to returns caused by incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or failed delivery attempts.

9.3 Warranty Claims

We provide a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects beginning from the delivery date.

Shipping related issues are handled under this Shipping Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

PaintingCalm is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, peak seasonal congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not constitute a contractual obligation for delivery within a specific timeframe.
